How to Reconnect a Channel?
Your Channels can sometimes get disconnected, follow the steps below to reconnect a channel.
Step 1. Access Manage Channels
- On the ChatDaddy dashboard, click on your user icon in the top right corner and select Manage Channels from the dropdown menu.
Step 2. Identify Disconnected Channel
- Within the Manage Channels section, locate the specific channel that appears as disconnected.
Step 3. Initiate Reconnection
- Click the Scan QR button associated with the disconnected channel.
Step 4. Choose Reconnection Method
- You'll be presented with two options to reconnect the channel:
- Scan QR from WhatsApp: Open the WhatsApp app on your phone and scan the QR code displayed on your ChatDaddy screen.
- Link with Phone Number: Enter the phone number associated with the WhatsApp account you want to reconnect and enter the code provided on your WhatsApp Account.
