1. Overview
This Refund Policy applies to all subscriptions purchased through ChatDaddy. By subscribing to our services, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy. For more details on our terms of service, please refer to our Terms and Conditions.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are considered only under the following circumstances:
- Duplicate Charges: If you were charged multiple times for the same subscription.
- System Errors: Billing issues due to system malfunctions on our end (e.g., incorrect charges).
Refunds will not be provided for missed cancellations, change of mind, or any reason outside the specified circumstances.
3. Subscription Cancellation and Refund Process
3.1 Cancellation Requirements
To be eligible for a refund, you must cancel your subscription through the ChatDaddy platform before your renewal date. Refund requests are only considered if:
- Proof of Subscription Cancellation: Only cancellations made through our system are accepted. Provide evidence that you canceled your subscription before the renewal date.
- Technical Issues with Cancellation: If the system cancellation button is not functioning, please supply a screenshot of the error message and contact our support team (https://wa.me/+60164516816) immediately.

Failure to provide the required information may result in delays or denial of your refund request.
3.2 How to Cancel Your Subscription

- ChatDaddy does not process cancellations via email or phone; all cancellations must be done directly through your account.
- Cancellations must be completed before your renewal date to avoid auto-renewal charges. Once charged, the refund will not be provided.
- Log in to your ChatDaddy Account here: https://www.app.chatdaddy.tech/
- Once logged in, go to Settings. Click on the Billing section.
- On the right side of the subscription panel, click on the 3 dots next to your active plan. Select Cancel Plan from the dropdown menu.
- Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm your cancellation. Once confirmed, the status of your plan will change to “Cancelled”.
🚨🚨🚨 After cancellation, take a screenshot of the “Cancelled” status as proof in case of any future issues. For technical issues, contact our support team via email or WhatsApp.
4. How to request a refund?
To submit a refund request, please provide the following information to our support team:
- Team ID
- Payment Email Address
- Invoice or Receipt Number
- Description of the Issue (if applicable)
Send your request to info@chatdaddy.tech within 7 days of the billing date.
5. Processing Time for Refund Requests
Refunds are processed within 15 working days from the date we receive your complete request. The time for the refunded amount to reflect in your account depends on your payment method:
- Credit/Debit Card: 5-10 business days, depending on your bank.
- Other Payment Methods: Please refer to your payment provider for their specific processing times.
6. About Refund Amount, Processing Fee and Currency Conversion
Please be aware that full refunds are not available. Any approved refund will incur a non-refundable processing fee ranging from 8-15%, as charged by our payment gateway (e.g., Stripe). This fee covers transaction costs and cannot be waived.
Refund amounts may differ from your original payment due to fluctuations in exchange rates at the time of processing.
- The exchange rate used will be based on the current rate during the refund transaction, not the original purchase date.
- For further details on exchange rates or any additional bank fees, please consult your bank directly.
🚨🚨🚨 ChatDaddy is not responsible for discrepancies caused by currency conversion or additional fees imposed by your financial institution. 🚨🚨🚨 All first-year subscriptions are non-refundable once the payment is processed. Refund requests will only be considered for renewals or duplicate charges. No refunds will be granted for any subscription within the first year, regardless of circumstances.
7. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are non-refundable:
- One-Time Purchases: Credits top up, upgrades, or custom features are not eligible for refunds.
- Promotional Discounts: Subscriptions purchased with promotional codes are non-refundable.
- Trials and Free Plans: Services offered as part of a free trial or complimentary plan are not eligible for refunds.
8. Policy Changes
ChatDaddy reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
