How to enable Notifications on Phone?
Steps
Before that, kindly install the ChatDaddy Mobile App before proceeding to this.
Access Notification Settings
- Open the ChatDaddy app.
- Navigate to the Settings and Notifications section within the app.
Manage Section Notifications
- You'll see a list of different sections within the app that can send notifications.
- Each section has its own toggle or settings to enable/disable notifications or customize their behavior.
- The app allows selecting the delivery method for notifications, you'll see options for Email or Push.
- Activate notifications for a personalized experience with ChatDaddy!
Please Note:
1. Updated on 16 April 2024: iPhone doesn’t support notifications unless it’s added to the home screen.
2. For users who have ChatDaddy installed on their home screen, please delete the current installation and add it again to ensure the latest updates and features are available.
3. Ensure that there are no instances of ChatDaddy open on your desktop or other device to receive notifications on the ChatDaddy mobile app.
4. Devices running iOS 15 or later can receive notifications; if unable to receive notifications, kindly contact our customer support for assistance.
