Why did my notification send old content?
- System does not automatically refresh or update pre-scheduled notifications after message edits. Once a notification is scheduled, it retains the message content as it existed at the time of scheduling.
- Edits only apply to messages scheduled after the changes are made.

Why my prefields is not sending out, and show as empty
There are 2 possible reasons for this issue:
- If you place prefields after the starting node, they will not work. This happens because our system cannot retrieve data from the shop notification at that point. While prefields work in the “Starting” node, they will not function in subsequent nodes like the "Message" node.

- Please check that your prefields match correctly with your shop settings in the message flow
