Quick Guide 🚀

Step 1: Go to Channel Setup

1. Log in to ChatDaddy

2. Click Get Started – or go to Inbox → Manage Channels

3. Click Add Channel (top right)

4. Select WhatsApp Business API

5. Review the advantages & limitations, then click Continue to Connect

Step 2: Choose App Coexistence

1. Select:

• Create new account (if you don’t have WABA yet), or

• Connect existing WhatsApp Business API

1. Click WhatsApp Business App Coexistence

• If you’re in an unsupported country, use WhatsApp Business API instead

• WhatsApp calling is not supported

• Open your WhatsApp Business App at least once every 14 days to keep the channel connected

Step 3: Connect Coexistence via Meta Platform

1. Click Connect with Facebook

2. You’ll be redirected to Meta’s registration page

3. Click Continue → Get Started

4. Select your Business Portfolio

• If you don’t have one, click Create new business portfolio

1. Click Next

Step 4: Enter Your WhatsApp Number

1. Select WhatsApp Business App Coexistence

2. Enter your WhatsApp Business phone number

3. Click Next

Step 5: Approve Connection on Your Phone

• Tap Connect, or

• If you didn’t receive the message:

• Android: Menu → Account → Business Platform

• Phone: Settings → Account → Business Platform

• Tap Connect to Business Platform

• Share all chats or don’t share any chats

• Tap OK

• Scan the QR code shown on ChatDaddy

Step 6: Finalize Setup in ChatDaddy

1. Select your Time Zone

2. Review access permissions

3. Click Continue

4. You’ll see a confirmation message on your phone

• Marketing messages, Follow Ups , Utility & authentication messages

1. Click Add Payment Method

2. Enter your card details

3. Click Done

Step 8: Confirm Connection

• Click the three dots (⋯) → Settings

• Update your Channel Name

• Click Confirm
