A. The maximum attachment size for images, videos, and other files is 35MB
Q. Why can’t I add AI Chatbot, Create Ticket, Update Ticket, Stop Ticket Timer, Modify Contact nodes after messages or delays?
A. These app nodes can be used in after buttons, conditions or triggers
Q. Why are my voice notes not working?

Q: How to Move Around in the Message Flow?
A. Navigating the message flow is easy and can be done in multiple ways depending on your preferred device:
1. Using a Trackpad
Pinch to Zoom: Zoom in and out using the pinch gesture.
Two-Finger Drag: Move around the canvas by dragging with two fingers.
Tap to Select: Tap on a node or element to select it.
2. Using a Mouse + Keyboard
- Scroll Wheel:
- Scroll up and down using the mouse's scroll wheel.
- Hold Shift + Scroll Wheel to move left and right.
- Middle Mouse Button:
- Press and hold the scroll wheel, then drag to move around.
- Space + Left Click + Drag: Hold the Space key, then left-click and drag to pan around the flow.
- Zooming:
- Hold Command (Mac) or Ctrl (Windows) + Scroll Wheel to zoom in and out.
