How to install Google Form

Open the Google form you want to integrate, and find the phone number field, its name must be exactly: WhatsApp Number (with country code)

Click Responses, and then the “View in Sheets” icon, and make sure to turn on Accepting responses

Copy the ID of the spreadsheet to your note for later use

Note: id is between d/ and /edit

Click Share and grant access to infoautomation523@gmail.com, viewer access is enough, then click Done

Hover your cursor over the Navigation Bar, hover over to Shop and click on ”Notification”.

When you are at the panel click on ”+New Notifications”.

Click "Google Form" in the pop-up window

Input Google form username, which is referring to the id you copy in Step 3

Add your custom trigger

Click template box and choose/create a template

How to create template in google form:

Notice: For google form notification, you can use all variables you have in your spreadsheet: For example: For the below sheet, I can use variables: {{Timestamp}}, {{Your name}}{{WhatsApp Number(with country code)}}{{Appointment time}}{{Appointment Date}}

So my template can be:

Hi {{Your name}},

Thanks for your appointment. You have booked a meeting with us at {{Appointment time}{{Appointment Date}}. Please find our meeting address here: xxxxxxxxx.

When message template is set up, click 'Save'

After users have done setting up the message template, copy & paste the variables for phone number from your google spreadsheet form:

Enable Output testing, then select Send All Messages To [Custom], in the blank field box paste the variables of the phone number that you copied from your Google spreadsheet form: 👇🏻

Click “Save” once you’re done-

Select the channel/phone number that you wish to send the notifications from:

Click “Save” and you may start sending the google form links to your recipients and have them fill up and they will receive a notification from the trigger!
