Absolutely! The Offline Bot functionality leverages the time zone settings on your laptop or PC. This ensures the message accurately reflects your business hours, regardless of your location.

This behavior is actually a built-in feature. When you disable all the days (Monday to Sunday) for your offline bot, it essentially becomes a 24/7 bot. It will trigger and respond to inquiries at any time.
However, if you only disable some of the days, the offline bot will function as expected. It will be available and trigger responses during enabled days and remain inactive on the disabled days.
- What happens if the bot is turned on outside of business hours?
The bot will auto-reply to any message received during off-hours, ensuring clients receive timely responses.
- Can I customize the message flow for the Offline Bot?
Yes, you can either choose an existing flow or create a new one with custom messages.
