Instagram Channel
Tutorial video 🎥
1. Go to Manage Channels, then click + Channel and add Instagram.
2. Simply log in to your Instagram account.
3. Choose the Accounts and Pages you want ChatDaddy to access.
4. Review what ChatDaddy is requesting permission to do and save.
5. Instagram Channel will be created! Congratulations! 🥳
Ensure that users are using Facebook Business account, not personal Instagram account.
If users are directed to the payment page, it means that your account has run out of credits.
❗ Reminder
- You will only be able to receive and send messages through the Instagram channel if you have a page connected to your Facebook account.
- Conversations last 24 hours and you cannot send a message after that time unless the recipient messages first
- Please note that conversations previous to the connection will not be synced to ChatDaddy inbox.
- If you message your clients using the Meta business suite, that message will not be synced to ChatDaddy inbox
- There is a size limit of 8MB for images and 25MB for all other file types
