How to move tickets within CRM boards
You have three options for updating a ticket stage:
Option 1: Update Ticket Stage from the CRM Page
- Navigate to the CRM Page.
- Locate the ticket whose stage you want to update.
- Click on the current stage of the ticket to open its details.
- In the ticket details popup, find the stage dropdown at the top right corner.
- Select the new stage you want to move the ticket to.
- The ticket will be updated and moved to the selected stage.
Tips:
- You can also drag and drop tickets directly between stages on the CRM board.
- To move a ticket to a different board, use the ticket details popup to select another board.
Option 2: Update Ticket Stage from the Inbox Page
- Navigate to the Inbox Page.
- Open the Contact Info Sidebar on the right-hand side.
- Locate the Tickets Section and click on the ticket you want to update.
- In the ticket details, select the new stage you want to move the ticket to.
- The ticket will be updated and moved to the selected stage.
Tip: Similar to the CRM page, you can move tickets to a different CRM board directly from the ticket details.
Option 3: Update Ticket Stage Using Triggers and App Nodes in Message Flows
- Use triggers and app nodes in your message flows to automate the ticket stage update process.
