How to filter contacts based on tickets in inbox
To filter tickets in the inbox, follow these steps:
- Navigate to the Filter Section
- Go to the filter section in the inbox.
- Filter by Specific Board Stage
- Select the specific board stage you want to filter.
Once filtered to a stage, each contact will display a button indicating the stage of their latest ticket. You can change the stage or even the board of the ticket from there.
