- Features not updating
This guide shows you how to clear your cache and cookies across different devices and browsers.
🖥️ Clear Cache & Cookies on Computer (Chrome)
- Open Google Chrome on your computer.
- At the top right, click ⋮ More → Clear browsing data.
- Choose a time range (recommended: All time).
- Select:
- Cookies and other site data
- Cached images and files
- Click Clear data.
⚠️ If you're signed in to Chrome, some Google cookies may automatically refresh to keep your Chrome session active.
📱 Clear Cache & Cookies on Android (Chrome)
- Open Chrome on your Android device.
- Tap ⋮ More → History → Clear browsing data.
- Choose All time.
- Select Cookies and site data and Cached images and files.
- Tap Clear data.

- Open Chrome on your iOS device.

🔄 What Happens After Clearing Cache & Cookies?
After clearing your data:
- You may need to log in to ChatDaddy again
- Some websites may load more slowly at first (normal — images need to reload)
- Chrome Sync users will stay signed into their Google account
- Any outdated or corrupted cached files causing ChatDaddy issues will be removed
