- Why is my Keyword Reply not working?

- Keyword reply with emoji is not supported on ChatDaddy.
- Upper and Lower case will affects your keyword reply to trigger. Ensure it’s the same with the keyword.
If your keyword reply is not working, you can check for the following details:
- Why are my keyword reply messages cancelled?
Your keyword reply messages might be cancelled because you have enabled the "Cancel following messages if the Client Responds" setting in the keyword reply or in the message flow delay
- Why is my keyword reply sending twice/multiple times?
In such cases, please check if you have set the same keyword in multiple keyword reply bots. You can do this by going to the Keyword Reply section and searching for the trigger keyword. If there are multiple bots setup, you may delete the redundant ones
- What is "limit trigger frequency"?
This setting can be used to limit the number of times a keyword reply is triggered in one chat. This means if you set the limit to once every day and the same keyword was sent twice, it will not trigger the automated response the second time
- How do I use "Custom Hours of Operation"?
By default, the bot will respond to keywords sent at any time. However, you can set certain times so that the bot will only work during those times.
- How can I see the recipients of my Keyword Reply?
You can see all the chats that have triggered the keyword reply by clicking on the keyword reply. You can also search for chats or chat with the recipient directly by clicking their name in the list.
- How can I turn off my Keyword Reply?
To turn off the keyword reply, you may use the "Status" button to disable it
