WABA Error 131026 — Message Undeliverable (Recipient Cannot Receive Messages)

Overview

Error code 131026 — "Message Undeliverable". Appears as a red error in ChatDaddy when a template message fails to deliver. This is a Meta-side limitation — not a ChatDaddy bug. ChatDaddy successfully transmitted the message to Meta; Meta could not deliver to the recipient.

Common Reasons (per Meta)

1. Recipient phone number is not registered on WhatsApp or WhatsApp Business
2. Recipient is using a WhatsApp version that does not support the message type being sent
3. Recipient has blocked your business, or your business has been blocked at the platform level for this user
4. Recipient phone number is in a region restricted by Meta, or recipient has not accepted Meta updated Terms of Service
