Answer: No — structural changes break the integration.
Once a Google Form / Google Sheet integration is connected, ChatDaddy maps columns by position. Editing form questions, adding/removing columns, or reordering columns breaks that mapping and causes silent failures or wrong data.
Safe to change ✅
- Row data (new submissions)
- Sheet name / file name
- Formatting (colors, fonts, column width)
Breaks the integration ❌
- Adding, removing or reordering questions/columns
- Moving the data tab so it's no longer the first tab
- Changing the WhatsApp-number column format
