Resetting Your Forgotten Password

If you've forgotten your password, don't worry! You can easily reset it by following these steps:

If you are NOT logged in:

1. Go to the login page for our platform.

2. Look for and click on the "Forgot Password" link. This is usually located near the login button.

1. On the "Forgot Password" page, you will be prompted to enter your phone number. Please enter the phone number associated with your account.

1. You will then be prompted to create a new password.

2. After entering your password, click the "Reset Password" button.

1. We will immediately send a One-Time Password (OTP) to your registered phone number via SMS.

2. Enter the OTP in the designated field on the "Forgot Password" page.

3. Once you've entered and confirmed your new password, click "Submit" or a similar button to save your changes.

4. You can now return to the login page and log in with your new password.

If you are ALREADY logged in and want to reset your password:

1. Navigate to the "Settings" section of our platform.

2. Within the "Settings" menu, look for and select "Team" (or a similarly named section related to your account or profile).

3. On the "Team" page, you should see your personal information. Look for a "Reset Password" button, typically located in the bottom right corner of your personal information section.

1. Click on the "Reset Password" button.

2. You will be prompted to enter your phone number. Please enter the phone number associated with your account.

3. You will then be prompted to create a new password.

4. We will send a One-Time Password (OTP) to your registered phone number via SMS.

5. Enter the OTP in the designated field.

6. Once you've entered and confirmed your new password, click "Reset Password"

💡 Note: Important Note:

• Passwords must have 8 - 64 characters with at least 1 lowercase, 1 uppercase, and 1 numeric character.
• The OTP is time-sensitive and will expire after 30 minutes. If you do not receive the OTP within this timeframe, please contact our support team for assistance.

Does invited team member need to have a paid account?

• No, if within limited amount.

For example: Chatdaddy Pro Plan can invite up to 5 members, and Chatdaddy Max Plan can invite up to 10 members.

What if the account has exceed the limit amount of team members?

• You will need to add an additional seat for USD348/year.

Can I migrate ‘Owner’ access to another phone number (teammate)?

• No, but Owner could give the ‘Admin’ access to another phone number (teammate), if you wish to granted the desired teammate for biggest access.
