Summary

ChatDaddy processes all standard subscription payments online via credit/debit card. Offline payment (bank transfer, invoice billing, or manual settlement) is only available for custom enterprise deals with a total contract value above USD 20,000.

What Is Offline Payment?

Offline payment refers to any payment method outside of ChatDaddy's standard online checkout, including:

  • Bank wire transfer
  • Invoice-based billing (net-30 / net-60 terms)
  • Purchase order (PO) arrangements
  • Cheque payment

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for offline payment, all three conditions must be met:

  1. Contract value exceeds USD 20,000 — this applies to the total deal value (annual contract value or multi-year commitment), not monthly billing
  2. Custom enterprise deal — the arrangement must be negotiated directly with ChatDaddy's sales team, not a self-serve plan
  3. Written agreement in place — a signed service agreement or order form is required before invoicing can begin

Standard plans (Starter, Growth, Pro) purchased through the self-serve portal do not qualify for offline payment, regardless of quantity.

How to Request Offline Payment

If your organisation meets the eligibility criteria:

  1. Contact your ChatDaddy account executive or email sales@chatdaddy.tech
  2. Provide your company name, estimated deal size, and preferred billing terms
  3. Our sales team will review your request and issue a custom quote
  4. Upon agreement, an invoice will be issued with payment instructions

⚠️ Do not make any bank transfers before receiving a formal invoice from ChatDaddy. Payments made without a valid invoice cannot be processed or reconciled.
