How can I tell if a buyer has hidden their phone number?

If you click the "Open Eye" icon on an order and see a popup about protecting customer privacy, that means the buyer has hidden their phone number.

What this means for you:

• The number is masked by the platform (Shopee/TikTok Shop etc.), not by ChatDaddy
• You can still message the buyer through the platform's own chat
• Order confirmations sent via WhatsApp may not reach them

What you can do: ask the buyer to share their WhatsApp number in the platform chat, or send order updates through the marketplace's messaging instead.
