A channel is a messaging account connected to ChatDaddy — a WhatsApp number, Instagram account, Facebook Messenger page, email inbox or SMS number. You can connect multiple channels to one team and manage all their conversations from a single inbox.
Channel types ChatDaddy supports
- WhatsApp (QR) — Personal or Business App via QR scan
- WhatsApp Business API (WABA) — official Meta API, needed for broadcasts at scale
- Facebook Messenger
- SMS and Calling
