Error code #131047 — "Re-engagement Message (Outside 24h Window)". The 24-hour customer service window has closed, so you can't send a free-form message. This is expected WhatsApp behaviour, not a bug.
Why This Happens
- More than 24 hours have passed since the recipient last sent you a message. Outside that window, only approved template messages are allowed.
How to Fix
- Send an approved template message to reopen the 24-hour window.
- Once the customer replies, the window reopens and you can send free-form messages again.
