Why This Happens

  • The user disabled marketing messages from your number via their WhatsApp settings.

What to Do

  1. Do NOT retry marketing messages to this contact.
  2. Flag the contact as opted-out in your CRM.
  3. Remove them from marketing lists to stay compliant.
  4. You may still send relevant utility/service messages they've requested, but never marketing.
