WABA channels only allow free-form messages within the 24-hour customer service window. Once that window expires, you must send an approved template message to reinitiate the conversation.
How to Continue the Conversation

- Once the customer replies, the 24-hour window reopens, allowing you to send regular messages freely again. If you do not yet have a suitable template, create one under the Templates section and submit it for Meta's approval.
