Template Message Categories

Meta divides template messages into 3 categories:

📢 Marketing (营销模板)

Used for: promotions, advertisements, brand campaigns, event invitations Examples: discount notifications, new product launches, promotional CTAs Charging: highest tier per message

📋 Utility (实用模板)

Used for: transactional, account, or operational notifications Examples: order confirmations, payment receipts, delivery status, appointment reminders Charging: lower than Marketing tier

🔐 Authentication (认证模板)

Used for: one-time verification codes (OTP) only Examples: login verification, password reset OTPs Charging: lowest tier, or free in some markets
