Common Rejection Reasons

  • Promotional language in Utility template
  • Missing opt-out in marketing templates
  • Wrong placeholder format (must use {{1}}, {{2}})
  • Language tag mismatch

Tips for Approval

  1. Utility = transactional only (OTP, receipts, appointment reminders)
  2. Marketing = any promotional content
  3. Add: "Reply STOP to unsubscribe"
  4. Use natural language — avoid ALL CAPS, excessive punctuation
