What is Co-existence?

Co-existence is Meta's official solution that allows you to use both the WhatsApp mobile app and the official WhatsApp Business API simultaneously on the same phone number.

Application Requirements

1. 7-Day Active History (Required)

• Real customer conversations (incoming and outgoing messages)
• No bans or restrictions within 7 consecutive days
• If recently unbanned: count 7 days from the unban date

2. Business Verification (Required)

• Facebook Business Manager must show "Verified"
• Takes 3-5 business days if not yet done

3. Supported Region (Required)

• Hong Kong, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Taiwan, and more
• If your number is from another region, contact us first

4. Latest WhatsApp Version (Required)

• Required for QR code scanning during migration
