If messages are missing in ChatDaddy:

  • Check your phone’s WhatsApp app — it always has the full chat history.

  • You may be able to load more messages in ChatDaddy by scrolling to the top of a chat. If this option doesn’t appear, those older messages can’t be retrieved via ChatDaddy.
