Automation — Setting Up Keyword Auto-Reply
Steps
- Go to Automations in the left sidebar.
- Click "+ New Automation".
- Set the trigger: Incoming Message → enter keyword → choose Contains or Exact match.
- Set the action: Send Message → write your auto-reply text.
- (Optional) Set scope and business hours restrictions.
- Toggle ON (green switch at top of card).
- Test: send a message from a different phone with the keyword.
Troubleshooting
Notes
- Keywords are case-insensitive.
- Add multiple keywords using comma separation.
