Answer: ChatDaddy's Google Sheet integration only tracks the first (leftmost) tab of your spreadsheet. If your data lives in another tab, the trigger never fires.
Fix in 30 seconds:
- Open your Google Sheet
- Right-click the tab with your data → Move right/left until it's the first tab
- Send a test row and confirm the trigger fires in ChatDaddy
Also check:
- The sheet is still shared with the ChatDaddy service account (sharing resets if the file is copied)
