Why do I use "ciphertext" as the keyword?
When you use "ciphertext" as the keyword, our system will be able to detect when messages are unavailable and automatically send your response. This exact keyword is required to properly identify thes
"ciphertext" is the internal message type WhatsApp assigns to undecryptable messages — the ones customers see as "Waiting for this message" / "This message is not available".
When you create a keyword reply with the keyword ciphertext, ChatDaddy matches these unavailable messages exactly and fires your automatic response — for example, asking the customer to resend or telling them you'll follow up.
⚠️ It must be entered exactly as ciphertext (lowercase, no spaces) — it's a system value, not a word customers type.
