"ciphertext" is the internal message type WhatsApp assigns to undecryptable messages — the ones customers see as "Waiting for this message" / "This message is not available".

When you create a keyword reply with the keyword ciphertext, ChatDaddy matches these unavailable messages exactly and fires your automatic response — for example, asking the customer to resend or telling them you'll follow up.

⚠️ It must be entered exactly as ciphertext (lowercase, no spaces) — it's a system value, not a word customers type.
