How to Start a New Chat

You can message any number, even if you've never chatted with them before.

You can message any number, even if you've never chatted with them before.

Step 1 — Tap the + button

On the Chats tab, tap the green ➕ button in the top-right corner.

Tap the plus button

Step 2 — Enter the number and start

Type the contact's phone number with country code, then tap Start Chat. The conversation opens and you can send your first message.

If you have more than one connected account, pick which one to send from before starting.
